The Real Barack...

From MyWayNews, Jan. 20th, 2009:

" WASHINGTON (AP) - Barack Hussein Obama claimed his place in history as America's first black president Tuesday, summoning a dispirited and divided nation to unite in hope against the "gathering clouds and raging storms" of unfinished war and grave economic woe. A jubilant crowd of more than a million waited for hours in frigid temperatures to witness the moment as a young black man with a foreign-sounding name took command of a nation founded by slaveholders.

It was a scene watched in fascination by many millions - perhaps billions - around the world.

"We gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord," the nation's 44th president said."

My God! Does it EVER end? Barack Obama, excuse me, I mean President Barack Hussein Obama and those that have lifted him up as some kind of savior are no longer content in embellishing his struggles growing up, now he has had to face the great obstacle of slavery, "a nation founded by slave holders" as My Way News writer Jennifer Loven (or is it "Love-In") put it.

President (damn it still hurts to write the words) Obama on the campaign trail denounced his association with the racist Reverend Wright (Black Supremacist) and that was good enough for the media, the Liberals and those that just plain didn't want to accept the reality of the situation.
Everything was supposed to be cleared up; right? Even though Obama attended Trinity Unity Church of Christ for over 20 years, it didn't mean anything.

Well for those of you who believed his rhetoric then (and now), for those of you who wrote off his association with men like Wright, Phleger and Ayres, how do you explain his choice of the good Reverend Joseph Lowery to offer the benediction at today's inauguration, who by the way, ended the benediction by saying:

"Lord, in the memory of all the saints who from their labors rest, and in the joy of a new beginning, we ask you to help us work for that day when black will not be asked to get in back, when brown can stick around ... when yellow will be mellow ... when the red man can get ahead, man; and when white will embrace what is right. That all those who do justice and love mercy say Amen."

When "White will embrace what's right?"
Kiss my ass "Reverend", what in the hell do you call affirmative action, Fanny Mae, Freddy Mac, Medicaid , Medicare, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 etc. etc. etc. etc.

Who in their right mind would believe President Obama when he says, "we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord", and then turn around and let some Black Supremacist hack like Joseph Lowery give the benediction?

I pay my taxes, I work, my father worked even harder, breaking his back so that "white could do what's right", accepted no hand outs from "Uncle Sam", yet payed for all of the hand outs so that others (like Reverend Lowery) could sit on their ass.
